A beautifully balanced washed Ethiopian coffee from the Idido Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, showcasing the clarity and elegance the region is known for.
In the cup, lemon bar brings a bright, creamy citrus sweetness, while London fog adds soft notes of bergamot, vanilla, and black tea. A lingering cocoa powder finish rounds everything out with a gentle chocolate richness.
The result is a cup that’s bright and delicate, yet comforting—citrusy up front, tea-like through the middle, and softly chocolatey on the finish.
