The Komodo is a blend of two Organic coffees, one being from the island of Flores which brings deep chocolate and syrupy mouth feel that is reminiscent of fudge with hints of vanilla. The second component is a Colombia Tolima that bring peachy, stone fruit notes. The island of Flores hosts a population of the rare Komodo dragon hence the name of this blend.
How to Brew: We love this as a cold brew which we either use a Toddy System or Yama Glass Kyoto cold brew tower. When using the Toddy use 340g of Coffee to 56oz of water and when using a Kyoto tower use 100g of coffee to 30oz of water.
