The Komodo is a blend of two coffees, one being an Ethiopia natural out of the Worka Sakaro washing station in the Gedeb district close Yirgacheffe, and the other coffee being a washed El Salvador from Finca Las Mercedes. These coffees bring you a deep chocolate and fruit taste with a syrupy, fudgy mouth feel.
How to Brew: We love this as a cold brew which we either use a Toddy System or Yama Glass Kyoto cold brew tower. When using the Toddy use 340g of Coffee to 56oz of water and when using a Kyoto tower use 100g of coffee to 30oz of water.
