Santa Maria from Cuatro Vientos was one of the first coffees we offered here at Palm when we started in 2019 and it has been a favorite ever since. This light roasted coffee has been consistently delicious year after year and we plan on offering it for many more. Huila is one of Colombia’s southernmost coffee-producing departments and is home to its third-highest peak, the Nevado del Huila volcano. This region produces coffees with sweet fruit and floral notes.
